Shipping policy
Shipping process and procedures:
Orders are processed and shipped on business days Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
We are not liable for any lost or damaged goods. Please contact the delivery service carrierย to file a claim if your package has been lost or damaged.
Transit timeย begins once the carrier receives the package.
Tracking your order:
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once we begin to process your order. Please be aware that a tracking number will be provided but will not be updated until the carrier has received and scanned your package.
Please double check your address before checkout to avoid shipping issues. We are not liable for any packages sent to the wrong address.
